When can I set up my booth?
Exhibitor setup begins early Sunday morning before the start of the conference. Check‑in at the registration desk is required before setup.
How do I ship booth materials?
Shipments should arrive no more than three days before the conference start date, addressed with your company name and booth number. Venue staff will assist you in retrieving packages upon arrival.
Can I add more staff?
Additional discounted registration options are available for sponsor partners; contact the OSMOSIS team to arrange this.
How does virtual access work?
Sponsor reps are enrolled in the Globalcast virtual platform upon registration, giving them ongoing networking opportunities leading up to and beyond the event.
What marketing materials do I need to submit?
Provide logo and description for the sponsor page and virtual profile. Program ads and attendee bag materials have set deadlines for submission and delivery.

Terms, Conditions & Policies
All sponsors and exhibitors agree to the following guidelines:
- Exhibition space is for use by authorized sponsor/exhibitor only and may not be reassigned.
- Sponsors/exhibitors are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of their property.
- Proper liability insurance may be required prior to the event.
- Exhibits may not be dismantled before the official closing of the conference.
- Sponsors grant OSMOSIS the right to use their name and logo for promotional purposes consistent with event brand guidelines.
